Irregular gas service by Dasuya Gas Agency

With Due Respect,

On the Behalf of Gram Panchyat Pawen P.O. Jhinger Kalan Teh-Dasuya District Hoshiarpur, Punjab.we are submitting our formal complaint against the ir-regular supply of LPG gas service to our area.their regular supply of gas day is Friday, but during December (last month) supply of gas is not at all. Peoples are complaing to The Sarpanch. The Gram panchyat of Pawen contacted with the agency, but nothing improved. When people of village are requesting Dasuya Gas agency to book their gas at Dasuya as they are ready to take their gas from dasuya with their own expenses they are making plea that you people will get gas only when the gas vehicle will go to your village. During December not even single time gas vehicle came to the village. Poeple are being harassed. There are some Telephone nos of Dasuya Gas Agency for information to customers but nobody attends these calls (01883-286409, 286232, 285424). Due to irresponible behaviour of Dasuya Gas agency some anti social elements who provide gas in black are surfacing and people of these villages are helpless to go through this corrupt act. So we finally decided to submit are complaint to CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORM.
