Emoved my advertisement board after collecting the ad fee

Inspite of paying the advertisement fee to USM technologies responsible for collecting the ad fees my dental clinic board has been rem6cd71oved without any notice to me.i also have the receipt of the fee i paid.
why has this been done they shouldnt have collected the fee if they had to remove the board.
i need a clear reply
