Not inculding the name in electoral role of graduate constituency

For not being able to understand the Exams & procedure in completing B.Sc (BZC) then three year degree course of then Mysore University in the year 1971.As I was not having convocation certificate as permitted I proved by producing IInd year and final year original marks card of University of Mysore as per then prevailing rules. As there is no exam from the university for the first year there will not be separate marks card from the university. Hence there was a procedure calling iind year of the college is called Ist year of university exam Third year is called Final year of university exam. Since there was no convocation certificate after 4 decades I proved it to the full satisfaction of the designated officer (Then Tahsildhar of Udupi) producing the requite original marks card who o keyed it by instructing the concerned official. While doing the clerical job while feeding it to final role be mistaking that there is no mark card for the Second year they have set aside my application and not included. In spite of repeated complaints to Election commission nobody is to ready resolve the issue but started to defend their officials and their stand. So there is no way to common citizen to fight for his right. Kindly take up the matter with authorities concerned as they have stopped replying to me.
