Illegal selling building materials

Sir, building materials are banned to sell in the residential area but still they are selling oppt to nsit sector 3 dwarka in the bharat vihar, ambika enclave, shiv park and shivani enclave, not even the building materials also kabadiwala, they are not allowing to sleep the residential s who are living here, due to this also health problem also occurred like dengue, chikunguniya, even malaria but no health department are taking any initiative to get rid of the problem even Delhi govt also, i don't understand that who is giving them power to do the thinks in the residential area, so please do the need full action against the defaulters and this type of criminals who is enemy of people health and development of Delhi.
