Dda housing scheme 2010 allotment letter status JAN-12

I got an H.I.G flat in draw of DDA housing scheme its already around one year & allotment letter not received, last week on (24th JAN-12) met the Director- housing-HIG, they said the H.I.Gs of all areas & some M.I.Gs (like vasantkunj), are still under construction & the engineers dept. are at fault for this, they still dont know the demand-letters status & it can still take upto 6 months or even more .. to my view this is gross negligence of DDA . Is there a way we can file a COMPLAINT, to claim damages / mental harasment for late allotement? People are suffering, DDA is not bothered at all, the construction work is going-on extremly slow, all allotees should make an association and file the case together... Rajeev Arora
