Delay in delivery of product

I have booked an order through DEALS AND YOU on 8th feb. The order no.is 403374.I have been in regular contact with deals and you after booking my order. The company assures to make delivery within 21 days after booking of order. Before completion of 21 days i made a call to them in order to have information about my order.they said you will receive your order. I made a complaint to service and support department regarding my order they said call to the courier service and the DTDC courier service told me that my order has been dispatched .but when i made this information available to the DEALS AND YOU they said sir we are looking into t he matter and they ask for 48 hrs to solve the problem. After 48 hrs I made a call to them and the customer service and support department has again asked for 48 hrs time from me. Its already 24 days passed but i have not received my order yet.
