Back Lane not repaired after new water pipeline

I am a Treasurer of Deep Enclave Residents Welfare Assocition (Regd), Address : 71- B, Deep Enclave, Pocket D, Phase III Ashok vihar, Delhi - 110052. In our colony, the new water pipe line was installed in February. From that to till date the roads of the back lane did not repair and due to this all residents are facing problem.

Now monsoon is coming and we are very much tensed if these roads could not repair then there is a chances of big mishappening. this is mandatory to repair the back lane to avoid any mishappening in the colony.

I request this forum to help all residents.
