Delay in Passport issue

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have applied for a Fresh Passport on 20th April at Passport Office Dharamshala.

Police inquiry has also been done on around 15th May.

My Passport file number is SMLZ 821482 Year 12

I inquired RPO Shimla on 17th July they told me that the file has not received by them yet. Passport office Dharamshala has not sent the file to RPO Shimla.

Sir, this is very urgent for me to get passport as quickly as possible.

Please help me for the same.
