Subject: With reference to the my letter dated 31/08by DTDC courier with POD # P16425396 dated for Complaint about PF withdrawal

Respected Sir,

It is since last 3 years I have not received my PF reference to the b/m PF account, yours respected office has received required thrice (three times) for the PF withdraw but still there is not status of my PF refund.

Please find the following date of PF refund documents acknowledgement at your respected office.

03. 16/09 Myself Personally submitted the handwritten request

letter at PF office to Mr. Ashok at PF office, I had also taken the acknowledgement from my past employer (Reliance) and resubmitted to the concerned officer (Mr. Ashok)

Even after submitting the PF withdrawal request letter for three times in the proper format with required documents, I have not received any status as off now,

I am in a financial crunch and need my refund at the earliest with last 3 years interest, kindly intervene to expedite the process at the earliest.

Request you to please take it on high priority and revert with PF refund.
