Non avability of water pipe line of Delhi Jal Board

We are residing in Khashra No. 860, Extended Lal Dora, Oppisite of Pravatiya Anchal Gali No. 3, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-84. About 24-25 houses are located in our gali. Almost 23-24 residents have deposited their development tax and having authorised Delhi Jal Board Connectin and are also paying water bill. We have written 2-3 times to Delhi Jal Board for providing water pipe line in out gali. But till date no action has been taken. We are faceing a lot of problem. Last year we put a plastic pipe line after intimation to Delhi Jal Board as they intimated at that time that they have not any pipe line to put. Hence on our own cost we arranged a plastic pipeline which got damaged easily an also we are not geeting enough water supply. The work of putting water pipeline is going on our area but nothing at our gali. We have a kind request to you kindly do the needful in this regard and oblise us by providing water which an essential part of human being.
