Sub: Very High level Corruption at Delhi Jal Board Mehrauli New Delhi 110030.
Respected Sir,
I am a resident of H.No 10/2 Ward No 1, Near Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli New Delhi-110030, I want to bring in to your kind notice that very high scale corruption is going on at Mehrauli Jal Board office, more than1000 tankers are loaded daily with water and sold in mehrauli and adjoining villages, prevailing rates are 200 to 250 per tanker, anybody can go to Jal Board Office pay the money and can bring the tanker where as taps are always empty at yogmaya temple, here water comes in 10 days that is for only 15 to 20 minutes and in winters water comes once in a week for 15-20 minutes, If anyone go to Jal Board Office to complain about non availability of water supply then they misbehaved with the person, I personally visited Jal Board Office on Tuesday and met with Mr. Virender Kumar Executive Engineer he was not ready to register my complaint, when I asked him to acknowledge my complaint, he asked me to leave his room and misbehaved with me, this is not only the case with me, it is with everyone who visits this office to register complain about shortage of water supply. Sir, I want to ask this Hon. Executive Engineer that if water supply is so short then how these 1000 tankers are getting water and why our taps are empty.
I again request you sir to take a strong action against this water mafia lobby and restore our water supply.
