Excessive bill charged and no steps taken in regard of prior complaints

Sir/Madam

I am a resident of sector-11 Rohini and our water meter is registered in the name of my wife Neelam.we were forced to pay an excessive bill of Rs. 4390 as arrears even when we had already paid all the bills for that period (the copies of which we have submitted as proof)

I have made written complaints in this regard in Rohini sector -6 office of Delhi jal board on 12-3 and 15-07 and by E-mail (Complaint ID.- W00007955) also.but no action has been taken yet.

I thereby request you to take fruitfull measures in this regard.
