Consumer Name not changed even after 2 years of follow up

We had given a request to Delhi Jal Board, Lajpat nagar approx 2 years back to change the consumer name on our water connection bill but after chasing them for continous 2 year they have asked us to submit a request in different format and with affidavit and some other documents along with fees also, which was also done approx 6 months back but as a result they have changed the consumer name on our neighbours water bill not on ours and this has been informed to department at the same time also. Please look into this and get this sorted out as we are sufferring a lot due to this
