Choked sewe

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of 90 Vigyan Vihar, Delhi 110092, I wish to complain that the drains of my house are not working because the main sewer connected to my home is choked. As a result of this the toilets of my house are not working properly. I request you to please take it forward with the concerned department so that the same can be addressed at the earliest.
