I resident of 21/32, shakti nagar, New Delhi-110007 want to inform you that an illegal construction is taking place in my house by Mr. Ram Kumar Gupta who is living in the same resident in which im living. As there is a case going in the court against the distribution of house for which court had already passed a stay order on the house, for which both the parties are not allowed to do construction in the house. But Mr. Ram Kumar Gupta is disobeying the rules of court and doing an illegal construction. So I hereby request you to kindly take a strict action on it as soon as possible
