Non issuance of Pasport

Sir,

I had submitted my application for issue of a general pass port on dated 17.07.09 at District Pass port Centre Asaf Ali Road Delhi. My File No. is Z 007970.

I am a Government Servant working as Deputy Commissioner (S&R) in the D/o Food and PD, Krishi Bhawan New Delhi.110001

My NOC was sent to my employer (Deputy Secretary (SRA), Shri Baboo Ram, D/o Food and PD, Krishi Bhawan Delhi) for verification who had already sent the confirmation vide letter dated 18.08.09 (copy enclosed).

But status of my pass port application is still showing that it has been sent to employer for verification for about 4 months.

I would request you to look into the matter and expedite to issue my passport. I shall be thankful to you.
