Edemption of NSC

Dear Sir,

My father has got some NSC with post office, haldiyon ka rasta, in from of LMB, Jaipur.

He died in November 28 and the NSC taken by him got matured.

Now I with my mother went to post office to submit the required documents to collect the cheque for redemption of NSC's.

To my surprise, first of all the officer in charge was treating us like hell and was even ready to listen.

After our continoues request he finally listened and then said there are so many problems in the application and the things cannot be done.

I asked him about the problems and then he asked me to complete some things which I have completed and as we had to go to Ajmer, I asked one of our relative to submit the documents with the asked corrections.

Again, my relatives were there thrice to submit the documents but again this officer is acting funny.

Sir, What is happening to our goverment departments, they do not at all help the customers. It seems red tapitism is under blood of these officers.

They treat people like animals. Do not respond and even do not have any fear of complaints.

Please help my mother out who can not again and again travel to Jaipur as she is residing currently with me at Gurgaon.

This officer is again and again asking her to be present there.

It seems he want some money to take the things forward.

Please help us out.
