DEALY IN SUPPLY GAS CYLINDER

My name is Mr. Yugendran, consumer no : 40992 . I am staying in 23, West sivan koil st, vadapalani, chennai - 26. I have booked my Gas cylinder on 16th August we have received the same on 30th August but in the cash slip date mentioned is 24.8.2010. What my question in cash slip it mention 24.8.2010 why it take to supply after 6 days. I think they are doing some rotation in their point and supply as per their convienent time. We are affecting badly due to this type of Gas agency. Take immediate action otherwise they same process will done for every customer.

So i need a reply regarding this dealy.
