Postal delivery service not prope

Sir,

I am Mr. Dhiraj Rane, a residant of Gajanan Krupa, L.B.S. nagar, khopoli. and my area postman is irresponsible with his job to deliver the post.

He kept my important documents along with cheques near the gate or any other place.

He don't want to climb the steps also even on first floor. He has been warned 2-3 times not to do the same thing again, till he is doing the same.

Till this date I have miss my important documents and cheques and for all this things postal department is responsible.

Even if after this complaint if postal department is not taking any serious action on this; then postal department is liable to give me that all losses.
