Electricity bill given on average basis

1.My Energy meter is ok but electricity bill given on average basis from last eight months. I was also requested to subdivisional officer for checking of Energy meter for producing electricity bill on actual basis at the time of previous bill due date but there is no any action taken to till date

2. My name & My Fathers name display wrong on my electricity bill. I was also requested two years ago for correct of my name and my fathers name but there is no any action taken by DHVBN to till date.
