Sir,

I am in dialemma whether I can approach other than my administrative authorities or not regarding my salary which is pending payment for the last 11 months for want of LPC along with SR duly drawing my pay fixation arrears due to condoning the period of EOL on MC availed by me which was already sanctioned. My directorate authorities seems to deliberately delaying the fixation and sending LPC along with SR so as to enable me to draw salary from 19.6. i.e., 11 months, . I approached the Prl. Secretary, finance deptt, please suggest me what to do to get my lpc to get my salary.
