Passport for my new born baby

This is with reference to my passport application of my new born daughter. It has been a night mare for applying the passport and it has been rejected twice as of today. My baby was born on 18th of June'08 and her passport was applied a week after as i stay in Singapore and would want my family to join ASAP. But after a month, since there was no news from the passport office as usual they sleep over the files, i believe, my wife went to check and they said that the same is rejected due to these reasons. Then my wife changed her passport to re apply my daughter passport and after one month again it has been rejected and then again my wife had to change her last name in the passport and re-apply for my daughter passport. This is ridiculous, we have spent gr8 amount of time and money for the passport and not in the position of the same as of date. JAIPUR PASSPORT OFFICE SUCKS MAN>>>TRUST ME>>> THE WORST ONE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED AS OF DATE.
