Application for No objection certificate for transfer of our Santro car from DTO Sheik Sarai, N.Delhi to DTO Aizawl was submitted to DTO, Sheik Sarai on 13th July. Till date NOC is not issued.

The transfer of car is required due to transfer of my work place from Delhi to Aizawl, Mizoram. The car is registered in my wife's name. If there is no NOC issued to me immediately, i will not be able to drive my car in Mizoram as there is a rule that the car registration have to be changed within 12 months from the date of entering the state. I have brought my car to Aizawl in the month of August. Please help
