Delay in issue of passport

Sir,

I had applied fopr passport for me and my two kids. The money and other documents were submitted to Miss; Khusi of Lakshmi Nagar, who is associated with divineindia.com for the early disposal. I tried to contact her several times in this phone number, 9250488348. But no body is picking up the phone. It is almost going to be three months. Hence i request your office to take necessary actions for the early despatch of the passports.
