BILL DELIVERY LATE

I am sr. citizen, residing in shalimar bagh, delhi-110088.

I pay my water bill regularly as and when received. Normally 20 days period is given

to make payment. I find bill period 12/12 to 01/02 raised on 21/3 is supposed

to be paid on 30th. march. This is not correct when the bill in question is received on 27th. march

lying on the stairs.

I suggest that surcharge on the bill which is 5% should not be levid as bill payment duraction offered is

very low.

The on line payment of SITE JEEVANDELHI.GOV.IN is not functioning, will this problem be resolved. soon.
