Unhygienic conditions

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that lane no 13, Punjabi Bagh East has been dug up for pipeline laying by the DJB. The roads have been a mess for the last week. Moreover there is construction work going on in as many as three houses in this lane which adds to blockage of road and general rubble.

The service lane too is full of the garbage of sewer and construction material. We have spoken to the owners of the houses being constructed but since the service lane is closed by gates on both sides by the last houses on either side, the cleaning of the service lane cannot take place.

This has posed a great problem health wise for us living in house no 13, lane no 13, East Punjabi Bagh as there is danger of our children falling sick.

I request you to get our service lane cleaned up and the sewage pipeline work hastened. I urge you to take strong action against the people laying the construction material on the roads thereby blocking the roads and hindering movement of residents.

I would be very grateful for a quick reply and speedier action.
