Dear Sir,

I need your advice here before I give my full media complaint against Banjara Hills Road No 3 Police Station against some sick Police cops.

1. Is police having rights to physically beat any one while they take them in to the police station?

2. Person is not involved in any case; can police put him inside the jail for two day even they are not allowing their family members to see him?

3. Person is a boy aged just 17 years.

4. Can Indian law allow a policeman to punish a boy until he say ‘YES’ to the crime what he has not done??

5. What will happen to a 17-year boy mental status after all this inhuman torched done by police people keeping him in police station for two days and not allowing him to see his family.

6. Lastly pls let me know where I can put a complaint against some police people who are wearing Prestigious Indian Police uniform and harassing civilians.

Very eagerly waiting for your kind advice from helpless father.
