Domicile Certificate
Not issued without any valid reason

Hi, Myself Jitendra sharma. My father is a Station Master in Indian Railways. I am living in sambhar Lake since 1999 and applied for Domicile certificate but Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sambhar Lake denied to issue the certificate without any valid reason. Reason was "I hate Uttar Pradesh people and will not issue the certificate" while I am residing in sambhar lake since last 11 years and I have submitted the aal the required Documents.
