We are residents of Mohanagar, Kothapet, Hyderabad, A.P. There is a small open land adjacent to our house in a completely residential area. The owner of the land started using it for cultivation with the use of drainage water by drilling a hole into a manhole near our street and laying a pipeline into his land. Since the drainage water is allowed to flow into a open plot mosquitoes and bad smell is causing severe inconvienience to us and the neighbours around the plot. There has been a dengue case registered aswell.
