Usage of Dynamites (small bombs) to break the stones - Drainage work

I am resident of 75/2RT, Municipal Colony, Malakpet, Hyderabad - 500036. In my area municipal drainage work is going on since 2 months. Nowadays they are using Dynamites (small bombs) to break the stones. Because of that all the buildings in that area are shaking. I would like to inform you to take action against the contractor to avoid future consequences.
