PF withdrawal settlement not done

Dear Sir,

I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF bandra office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers), I have already received the PF amount's cheque for the A/C: smita prakesh nair but my account had been already closed in Indus bank, so it has been return to PF office bandra.

Name: Smita Krishna Nivas Nair

Received Cheque No.: 621976 & 64528

but i have not received the PF amount till date.

After that I want to settling amount in our account No.382510100003096 (smita Krishna Naivas Nair) in bank of India.

I have already talk many times but there is no reply from their end.

I am really fedup with this followup procedure.

Please help me to move further. I can submit whatever the documents stated above for your reference.
