Driver License - Delay from RTO
4 wheeler Driving license has not been provided yet

Hello,

I have a complaint on RTO Kolhapur office, there is been big delay in my license issue.

I had applied for 4 wheeler DLicense last year 2010 but I did not receive it and I was requested to reapply with a reason that RTO has paper issues and they had lost my documents it seems.

I reaaplied for DL in i.e. I have applied for 4 wheeler license on 18-Apr, but so far i have not received it and getting simmilar feeling like last time. I doubt there is some problem in RTO office Kolhapur.

Pl. take some serious action/check here and guide me on this issuem, how so I act on this.
