Blocked toilet and bathroom pipes

Dear Sir,

The drainage pipes of my residential flat and those others on the ground floor, in my cluster of DDA flats, has been blocked for over a month. I have given a complaint to the MCD Sewer Office at Pocket E, Mayur Vihar Phase II but no action has been taken so far. The naliwala has told me that the main drainage is clogged and MCD has to bring its suction machine to clear the area. The MCD officer sitting in Pocket E, does not want to take responsibility and is trying to send me to RWA for this!! As it is suspected that there is a "financial" arrangement between the two. Please help.

I request you to kindly act on this as this has become a source of health concerns.
