Delay in issue of passport

I have applied for passport on 08-12-09, & my file ref. no. HYDH01353709 for which police verfication is also done.

My passport is supposed to be received by 20-02-10 as their earlier status, but now it is in regretable in delay of issuing of passport status.

Please kindly do the needful as early as possible.
