Dear Sir/Mam, I am Dr. Sandeep Kumar Nadendla, Scientist in Oncology (London) I applied for my son's passport on the 8th of January. He was 8months when I applied for the passport. Since that time I was checking the status of his passport everyday. The only message I get form the status enquiry is OTHERS. I did send my father to enquire what's gone wrong with my son's passport, none of them at the Hyderabad PP office replied on the other hand they didn't even consider what my dad was telling them. However my dad finally got hold of one of the broker leeches out side the passport office gave him 1000 INR to go inside the passport office enquire about my son's PP status. The Broker told its because of annexure H form my son's passport was put on Hold. Immediately my father submitted annexure H form in the month of February. Since that day till end of April I was checking the status everyday, by default its still the same. I was so frustrated and sent my father again to PP office Hyd to do the same thing. Again the same story 1000INR- the broker told the servers/systems of the passport office were crashed and it will take another 3-weeks to be fully functional. I feel its a real shame on passport office and its management. The servers got updated after 3 weeks, when I checked the status of my son's passport it says the file not found and the reference is not valid. Oh I thought its great, ok, I did send my father again to hyderabad and this time my father gave the broker 3000INR to enquire. He told the file was thrashed and the management of Hyd PP office didn't even attach the Annexure-H form to my son'sPP application. Now my Son is 1 year and four months old. Thanks for the greatest service offered by Hyd PP office. If you feel responsible could you please try to change the way people work in our country's PP offices.By the way my son's PP number is HYD-Z602694.
