After 2 days after contacting the courier office the reply was " it is 10 km away from city, hence we cannot courier the consignment ". Inspite of repeated followups to return the consignment on saturday 9.10. the consignment

return of consignment was not confirmed. Today when contacted asked to collect 12.10.2010 by 12 o'clock.
