Courier Neither Delivered Nor Returned Back

Sir,

I have booked a Courier at DTDC Courier LTD, Sholinganalloor Branch Office, Chennai on August 12.It was a parcel to my husband at Dubai, UAE.First it came back stating contact numer is incorrect. Since I insisted that the number is correct, again they sent the parcel to UAE.

Then I got information that parcel cannot be delivered for the same reason and I was NOT GIVEN the contact number of courier office in UAE.When my husband went and enquired Courier office in Deira, he coudnt get the parcel. It was sent back to India.

On repeated enquiries I was told that parcel got missed somewhere and they will pay me the compensation charges. Since I insisted that I need the parcel back, they made me waiting for one month and I was informed that the Courier has reached Guindy Office. But thay cannot return it back since courir office has to make some payment for parcel clearance.

1.Even if I gave right contact number courier is not delivered.

2.Parcel is not returned back also
