DTDC Metro Plus Courier Claims NEXT BUSINESS DAY WITH MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Delivery and Charges EXTRA for the Same.

But when it come to meeting its claims, Its miles away from Reality.

As it happened in my case.

I had booked an extremely Urgent courier consisting of Important papers from Bangalore (Whitefield DTDC, Mahadevpura) on Friday 02 Dec via DTDC METRO Plus service but it was not Delivered until 6th December (Tuesday Morning) at Kolkata.

Which is after 3 business days. This delay has caused me a unprecedented FINANCIAL Losses, MENTAL TRAUMA and HARASSMENT.

When i submitted the claim form for getting a refund on the same in December 2nd Week itself, DTDC seems to have overlooked the same and even after 2 months they have not made any effort to rectify their mistake and keep up their promise on Returning the money if the Next Business Day Delivery is breached.
