Not getting my full pf amount

Respected Sir,

Myself Anju I had left my last organization in may. After that I had applied for PF.i got my first Cheque in December amount of Which was very small. Then I contacted to concerned pf office for that they told that the cheque got returned now you have to fill the asr form again. I had filled and submitted the form but uptill now I didn't get any information about the status of my cheque whenever I made call to them their phones always got busy. Pls. tell me what I have to do now.my pf no. is DL/28918/588 my e-mail id is anj23_m@yahoo.co.in. PLS.help me.
