Voter Identity card Complaints - NAME CORRECTION

Respected Sir,

myself TANVEER ASIF, citizen of INDIA. My complaint is regarding to my and my father name printed on voter id card is wrong, my name is "Tanveer Asif" and the name printed on card is "Tanavir" and my father name is "Afzal Hussain" and the name written on voter id card is "Afjal Husain". Hw to change it. Sir please help me as soon as possible. Thanking you
