Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of A 504, Panchsheel Appartments, Sector 4, Plot No 24, Dwarka. I have submitted my all details along with the photograph for my wife, daughter and myself. I have checked my name in the voters list and all three names appears but still we have not received our new voter id cards. I shall be highly obliged if you could please look into the matter.
