My self Manish Verma, S/o Mr. Lalit Kumar Verma, Resident of 1/5142, Rampuri Colony, Khalasi Line, Saharanpur- 247001, U.P, applied of voter id card with the same detail. and i submitted the correct documents for the same. But i was shocked when i got my voter id card. My postal address with completely different. I am surprised what kind of services we are getting from our government /PSUs.

Now can any body describe the use of voter id card? And what about its authentication.
