Non Receipt of voter card

My name has not come in the voters list inspite of completing all formalities. I am a resident of Lake District 74 Narkel Danga Main Road, Pin:700054.I have completed application on Form 6 along with electric bill, marriage certificate, mark sheet, husband's and neighbour's voter card and KMC's certificate for Non-EPIC Elector and submitted to the ERO on 10.07.2010.but till today neither my name has come in the list nor did i receive my voter I card.

My ward no; is 33 and part no;is 131. I am in a dilema. Kindly advise and please take up the matter with the concerned authorities. Till today I have not received any official communication from the concerned authorities.
