Voter ID Card

Dear Sir,

My wife, my son and myself have not yet received our Voter's id card for almost past five months from 18-11, after submitting Form-8, with two copies of photos with each application.

We reside in the part number 118 of Behala (West) Constituency 113, South 24- Pgs, West Bengal having serial number 23, 18 and 17. My wife's and my son's new voter's id card were applied for corrections and I applied for a new one.

Please look into the matter so that we might be able to receive the voter's id card before the elections or at earliest
