Low Voltage Current - Power Cuts during night

I am a resident of Mahalakshmi Nagar 5th street.

Almost always we have been supplied very low voltage of current.

All electrical accessories (like Tube Lights, Fans, A/C, Washing Machines) not functioning properly.

In this hot summer, we mostly have power cuts during nights at least for 2 to 2 hours a day.

Either we get low voltage or power cut.

With Kids, Infants at home, it is pain.

We are facing mental agony and not able to do anything.

Tried calling the Madipakkam 044 22581710 EB number.

Appreciate them for picking the call. But we never get proper response. And they are not taking any complaints. Even if we they take, nobody has reacted to rectify this issue.
