Electricity Department Dhanbad
Total mess in providing service

Myself Sabyasachi Sen and I am self-employed at this moment. I am related to BPO sector and presently working from my home itself. As the electric service providing facility is worse in Dhanbad I had my own home UPS but that to need electricity to get recharged and the give the back up and that much time of supply from electric department is not provided. I really feel disgusted about the same as I think we are living in 19th century. In today's modern world electricity has become basis need for every human being as all household appliance as well as other appliance needs electricity to run on and this is not provided to us and to add salt to the wound the department has increased the rates as well but the service is becoming worse to worst.
