Hi all,

I would like to complain about the call center whos address is mentioned below in regards of their working.

Faith center, sakore nagar,

Vimannagar

One off my friend works in the above company and has been cheated in regards of their working off’s as per the the rules and the polices of the BPO industries a person who works in a call center which has night shift included must have 5 days of working and 2 days of weekly Off 's in a week. This company only works on night shifts where the shift timings are fixed and i.e. 21.00 to 6.00 (IST), this means that the company purely works on night shifts, however this company has their own rule and are forcing the employees to work 6 days in a week with 1 day Off i.e. on Sunday and half of it goes recovering the sleep for the last night. They are exploiting there employees due to the recession as there are no jobs available in the market and this company is misusing this situation and destroying the health as well,

And they are just paying Rs 10, 000 per month, inclusive of conveyance allowance and attendance allowance.
