Wrong Information for Police Clearance Certificate Attestation and Rude Behaviou

I had a worse experience with a staff member of Kuwait Embassy in Mumbai. I asked him for PCC Attestation for the job in Kuwait and also I had got an Offer letter with me from the Company in Kuwait. But they told me to visit Mantralaya first for the attestation of PCC from HRD department. I told them that it is impossible because the attestation is done only on Educational Certificates in Mantralaya.

But he got angry all of a sudden and told me that I should check it out by myself and he is not concerned with the particular department. Finally the HR of the Company in Kuwait advised me to visit New Delhi for attestation from Ministry of External Affairs and Kuwait Embassy. At last I managed to complete all the attestation work in New Delhi. Thankfully the staff members of Embassy in New Delhi were very helpful and courteous in providing information on the phone before I was leaving for New Delhi.

I still wonder what is the use of this Embassy in Mumbai who are incapable of providing proper information and service. I had to rely on the advice provided by the Company in Kuwait for the PCC attestation procedure.
