EPF Withdraw Amount Still not Received and Company Name Change

Good Afternoon Sir/Madam,

My name is Norman Wilson Francis. I was working with the company called Shell Transource Ltd. Pimpri, Pune its a BPO data process industry Head Office situated at Belapur, Mumbai. CEO Mr. Narayan Bhargava.

I resigned from the company in the year 2009 sep after that i submitted my EPF withdraw form in the month Feb but still the status is showing that they have not received My form No. MH/40088/2058. and when i asked Shell Transource ltd. they answered me that some inspection is going on from EPF office so they will take time and we have already submitted the forms to the EPF office which is situated in Thane in the month of March

My Company name was Shell Transource Ltd. and when i checked it on the site of EPF it registration number (MH/40088) shows in the name of Shell Computers. Pvt. Ltd there is much difference between a Ltd and a Pvt Ltd. Company.

This is not a small issue this has to be taken seriosly by the Government Of India. i stay in Pune and how can i go to Thane to check the status of the EPF there is only a way is site of the EPFO but that is also not maintained properly by the organisation, what should a middle class famiy do if its going this way this has to taken strictly.
