Non Transfer of PF

I had applied for transfer of my PF No. PB/2230/5750 from Chandigarh and MP/5684/4074 from Bhopal to DL/15530/235 (DL/CPM/0015530/000/0000235). The correspondence is going on since June'2005 but till date amounts not physically transferred. Please intervene
